Last year Natalie had been struggling to exercise at home with lockdown measures. Like many of us, Natalie was finding it hard to motivate herself.
Having a Peloton machine at home, Natalie decided in line with the New Year and the most recent lockdown, it was the best time to start. Especially as she is due to get married this year, after postponing her wedding last year due to Covid.
Natalie set herself a challenge to exercise every day in January! Natalie has now completed 40 days straight of working out, racking up more than 40 hours of heart pumping exercise.
Natalie is showing no signs of slowing down either, she has now set a new target of 60 days straight, which is the highest day streak you can get using a Peloton.
Through the last 40 days, Natalie has taken a multitude of different classes from spin classes, strength classes, barre classes, yoga and outdoor walking. Natalie has taken around 110 classes so far.
"I have found that I feel stronger the more days I do, which shows as I have managed to beat my spin class personal bests in 5, 20 and 30 minute classes.
My aim for the next 21 days is to reach my 100 Century ride (I get a free t-shirt from Peloton when I do this), to complete my first 45 minute spin class and obviously reach 60 days in a row meaning a 10 week streak"
