Dear Mr. X

Thank you for taking the time to read this email.
As I am sure you are all too aware, there are many compliance and liability issues surrounding GP Accountants giving incomplete advice regarding specialist areas of tax.

All too often, these seemingly small matters can become big problems for Accountants resulting in a practice’s loss of good will and in extreme cases being sued for negligence.

We would like to extend a hand to you and your practice regarding compliance around Capital Allowances on fixtures.
If you have any clients that own a business premises, it is imperative that you always ensure they get best advice from trusted and established advisors in this sector.

Due to many Accountants receiving poor advice on this matter from fly by night “tax experts”, we have now sought to ensure our valued members have an avenue to access best advice from a trusted source.

We are pleased to announce that from the 1st February we will be launching our own “no risk Capital Allowance service for fixtures and fittings” to ensure our members needn’t put their clients’ money or their own reputations on the line.

Our team consists of some of the UK’s top surveyors and forensic Accountants who are highly skilled within the Capital Allowance sector, and with over 120 years of property tax knowledge between them, you are in good hands.

We hope you will join us on this journey, and we look forward to continuing giving the best advice to you our valued members.

If you have any clients that you would like to discuss, please feel free to contact us by phone on 0123456789 or email us at xyz@xyz.com alternatively to find out more follow this link www.XYZ.com.
